1.
Only one
Realtor can qualify for the free install for referring a specific Realtor;
i.e. whoever the new agent lists on their Account Information Form as the
referring agent, will be the one to receive the free install.
2.
You will qualify for
your free install once your referred Realtor orders and receives their first
sign post installation.
3.
Any Realtor you refer can
not have used Realty Sign Post Services in the past.
4.
You can only receive one
install for each referred Realtor.
5.
Agents that work in a
contracted office can not refer agents within their own office. A
contracted office is an office where we currently handle all sign post
installations and removals.
6.
The free sign install is
based on an install within our current immediate service area, which is a
$32 value. Any free installs will be deducted from your monthly billing and
the difference will be billed to you.
