Explanation of Services |
|
Relocation:
Relocating a post after installing at the location you have
specified requires another charge. If the
location of the post
is
not identified by a flag or temp sign, RSPS will install the post
in the best possible location
as deemed by the installer. If the
selected location is not agreeable with the agent/homeowner, the
post can be
moved under our relocation charge.
Refusal by Owner/Tenant:
RSPS
can only install, place and remove the materials that you
requested. When
the owner or tenant
of the property refuses to
allow RSPS to perform its services, we will not jeopardize any
damage to our materials or posts by
completing the requested install. RSPS
will call the realty company who
placed the
order and attempt to
get a confirmed approval between
the realtor and the owner or
tenant.
